Assessment of Performance Issues, Training Program Design, and Hands-On Support for Motorcycle Athletes in Road Racing
Road racing is a far more physically demanding sport than it may appear. Sustaining practice or race performance over 30 to 60 minutes requires a high level of cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.
To deliver stable performance, it is essential to improve VO₂ max and lactate threshold (LT), thereby building the physiological foundation needed to sustain high-intensity effort. These physical capacities are critical not only for competitive riders but also for recreational riders seeking to enhance safety.
We support riders who are serious about competition or sport riding by analyzing their performance issues and designing optimal training programs. In collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, nutritionists, and other specialists, we conduct multi-angle assessments covering physical capacity, joint range of motion, and even daily nutrition, and then develop individualized plans accompanied by ongoing support.
Where appropriate, we can also introduce partner gyms and arrange on-track coaching with professional riders, enabling support for both physical development and riding technique.
